Services
A Deposit Replacement Guarantee can replace a traditional tenancy deposit, giving landlords the same cover and protection as having a tenancy deposit in the bank, whilst making renting more affordable for tenants. Option 1 - Tenants pay the equivalent of one week's rent for the guarantee which is provided by Reposit.
A failure to disclose any material facts or providing information which is untrue, or misleading by any applicant or guarantor will result in your holding deposit being forfeited. The Holding Deposit reserves the property for you whilst you undergo referencing checks and the tenancy agreement is prepared.
A Deposit Replacement Guarantee arranged by Reposit costs the equivalent of one week's rent and replaces the traditional tenancy deposit. You make a payment equivalent to one week's rent and the paperwork is generated, and copies sent to all parties. If there is any damage to the property or any unpaid rent, you will need to reimburse the landlord yourself.

I rented a flat through Crowe property for just under 2 and a half years, and I can't thank Nigel enough for his amazing work. He made my first move away from home so easy, and if anything went wrong he would be a phone call away to get it sorted. I'm devastated I couldn't stay with them for longer, and would definitely use them again in the future!

I used Crowe Property to rent my flat out for approximately 3 and half years. I used Nigel due to a 'word of mouth' recommendation. As someone who did not know everything about letting the property out, or what it entailed, Nigel was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Crowe Property made the whole process stress free and easy. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to return to my flat, otherwise I would have continued to use Crowe Property for many years. Cannot thank Crowe enough. Nigel has been a godsend, making the process to rent our first home stress free and so simple. Everything was explained in detail and nothing ever seemed a bother when I asked a million questions. We hit a couple of minor snags with the property in the first couple of days and within hours of calling it in, he had a solution or a professional round to fix the problem. He was also so understanding of our situation and made all my worries go away..

Excellent service from Crowe Property Agency. Nigel and all the other staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond in order to make our move-in as stress-free as possible.
