Fees are non refundable should your application fail or you withdraw from the property prior to move in.

I lived as a tenant in one of JP lettings properties for just over a year, the property was lovely. They inspect their properties regularly, they respond to emails very timely. On ending the tenancy they were very courteous around booking viewings and very fair and clear when they needed to retain a small part of our deposit for some minor cleaning tasks. I have been very impressed with their service and would highly recommend.

*DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY* worse experience of my life. They are focused on nothing but money. JP property took every opportunity they could to rinse me for as much money as they could. There are unnecessary fees for everything. They promised me maintenance support but even asking 3 different times, I never received this. They will overcharge you and take your money wherever they can, completely unfair and in emails in effort to resolve financial issues they were rude and blunt and unreasonable in their responses.
