It’s a alright agency and all but we have to wait for a ages for them to get someone to come and fix things, we have a window that’s is broken for nearly 5 months and they still haven’t done anything about it

House full of mould. Windows and doors that have gaps all the way around stranded with no heating or hot water in -6c weather and two children freezing cold. Agent never answers phone.

Customer service was lovely and polite until they had our deposit and we moved in. Afterwards they were rude blunt and slapped us with unjust hidden fees. Not the worst letting agents I have had the displeasure of using but still another awful experience.
