I have never in my life found such a friendly, professional, amazing team as the team at Bourdeauxs. From the very get-go they listened, helped, went above and beyond and really took the time and care to help. I was looking to relocate and they honestly, couldn't have been more helpful. More importantly I felt they were totally on my side.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Why can ALL letting agents be THIS good?!?!?

It is been more than 11 months since we are living in a property that is rented and maintained by Bourdeauxs. They helped us to find a perfect rental family home that can accommodate our dog (had alot of trouble to find suitable property to find, specially with a dog it became a hard task). and then we had couple of times problem with the washiing machine - which is solved within a day time. Elysia and all other members from Bourdeauxs are superb helpful and alwayes prompt on actions. They stand true on their moto "No monkeying around" - we highly recommend Bourdeauxs.

I rent out an HMO to students and staff in Cranfield and Bordeaux's have been helping me with this. The staff have always been cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. They have prepared contracts for me and helped me find people to do cleaning, gardening, pest control and other maintenance work

The ladies at Bourdeaux's are Amazing!! - super nice and understanding. they helped out me and my two daughters by understanding my situation and instantly trying to find a way to suit my needs! Elysia was amazing with communication and always made sure i was up to date with anything - so happy i am with Bourdeaux's lettings and would recommend them to all my friends and family

We just had our house rented by Bourdeaux's Estate Agent, since the start they have been very helpful and service was great! They took all the necessary protocols when showing the house. Staff was great and polite all the times! We will definitely recommend them!
