As a cognitive hypnotherapist I work to create significant, lasting changes on an unconscious level to help my clients move towards a more positive and fulfiling way of life. Cognitive hypnotherapy is evidence based, solution focused therapy, meaning we get to the root of the issue efficiently and proactively.

I work exclusively online via zoom meaning you can work with me from the comfort of your own home. Anxiety and panic attacks are incredibly common and are just one way for our unconscious minds to protect us from perceived threats. Cognitive Hypnotherapy helps you to re-frame your unconscious so it can treat these situations like any other, allowing you to enjoy your life and the opportunities it brings.

I first developed my passion for a new way of thinking whilst working in the film and TV industry. I had spent nearly a decade working with some brilliant people and top companies. I had so many exciting and glamorous opportunities yet found myself burnt out, stressed, overworked and unhappy. I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy and I started to see the world differently.
If you don't live in Leeds or would rather work with me from the comfort of your own home, that is absolutely possible thanks to the wonders of modern technology. I work with clients across the UK and internationally using Zoom Video Conferencing. We can connect wherever you are, all you need is a good internet connection and a comfortable, safe, private space.
My sessions with Lili have been nothing short of transforming. I had worked with cognitive behavioural therapists in the past, but always felt like I was dwelling on troubling thoughts and focusing on what was wrong with me, rather than making real positive change. With Lili, things were totally different.
The QCH approach is significantly different from the traditional schools of Hypnotherapy. We draw on recent discoveries and ideas from Evolutionary Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Theory and NLP and incorporate them into a modern idea of hypnosis to provide a framework for therapy. We do not advocate one single approach as the answer to all of life's problems.
