Find it, fix it and leave it alone! That is the motto of successful Kent osteopath and sports injury specialist Charlie Bannigan. Before becoming an osteopath Charlie played semi-professional rugby, which is where he found his interest in sports related injuries and rehabilitation. This led him to study at the European School of Osteopathy from which he graduated in 2003.

I highly recommend this place, in particular Jack, the sports massage therapist. I have had lots of massages in the past for various things and none have been as effective as Jacks treatments. He seems to genuinely care and this is evident in the service he provides. This will now be my port of call for any treatment I need

I've been training with Lucy for a little over 2 years and can honestly say it has changed my life. When I met Lucy, I was in a pretty bad place, both physically and mentally. Since then, Lucy has built me up with a mix of hard work, enthusiasm and encouragement. The confidence she's given me is invaluable.. I am physically strong and much tougher mentally. I can't recommend Lucy enough. Charlie's jokes are pretty bad, but you can't have everything. Thank you.

Charlie has treated me twice now, and both times got me back to health. The last time was for ITB syndrome which had all but stopped my ability to run. I was concerned it couldn't be fixed but after an immediate diagnosis of what had caused it, and a few sessions of physio, I was able to go running again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joy Lane clinic for their professionalism and knowledge.
