Services
It was pure chance really, and slightly ironic when you consider that I wasn't particularly keen on my woodwork class in school! I was offered a job in an auction room in Bristol when I was twenty. Every 3 months, they would organise an antique sale, which I would be involved in.
They would sell some lovely pieces of furniture that they would have bought in a pitiful state and restored, and I was immediately intrigued by the renovation process, by the way they could manage to make what seemed unrepairable look fantastic again.I learned so much about wood and ages and styles, but I was keen to learn more, so I trained in the repair and restoration of antique furniture and I later opened up my own business.

Mahogany chair that had a badly damaged front leg, making it unusable, was repaired, re-glued and re-polished before being reupholstered in customer's choice of fabric from our collection. The little French Ormolu table was in dire need of restoration having come out of storage in a customer's garage.

I contacted Justin Neales to ask him if he could repair and restore a large oak table and an antique chair. He was really responsive and quickly came out to see me. He has a consultative style, is great to work with and completed the work and returned the furniture exactly when he said he would. The finished result is excellent and I'm very pleased with it.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Justin has renovated several of our pieces of furniture. His work is excellent, his restoration is perfect - not over restored - you want items to still show their age - but to have a new lease of life and to look amazing. He has quickly become our go to person for furniture restoration.
