Y Not Antiques is based near Stratford-upon-Avon. We sell, restore and source antique furniture particularly antique wooden functional furniture of pre-Georgian, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian periods and also into the early 20th century. We personally source all the items we sell, looking for quality and interesting pieces.
Please note that some items listed are photo'd before restoration or polishing has taken place. The prices shown include any small work that may be required. All pieces upon sale are checked over before delivery. If you have antique furniture that needs restoration work we also run a full restoration service including french polishing.

Y Not Antiques offers a full restoration service. We understand that antique furniture can be easily damaged by accident (flooding, knocks or moving house etc.) or can suffer at the hands of general "wear and tear" and fading. Each piece and circumstance presents its own problems and our sympathetic style will keep the character of your treasured antique but give it a new lease of life.

Perry is a crook DO NOT DO BUSINESS with him or Y Not Antiques. We bought a bookcase that we discussed with him was unlikely to fit up our stairs. He reassured us that if it didn't fit we could pay for the return courier and get a refund. When the case arrived and it didn't fit, we texted and called and he never replied or picked up our calls for weeks and weeks. We had to call from a different number to trick him into picking up, calmly reminding him of the agreement he got aggressive and said he wouldn't be refunding anything. And hung up. And now isn't replying or picking up again. I advise
