Fantastic place, very methodical, great prices and I credibly friendly. My wife's had problems with her car for years and red oak saved the day and made it as painless as possible! Trustworthy, reliance and incredibly professional! Even when I was standing there in my Pokemon pj's!

Such a lovely garage. I don’t really like going to a car garage, sounds stupid these days, but as a woman I still feel like I’m going to be done over. I went to this garage for my mot as I was recommended. The phone call to the garage was easy and friendly, I dropped off my car which was easy, I then heard from them swiftly that my car was ready to be picked up and It had passed the Mot. When I picked up my car I noticed that all the employees I spoke to were really friendly but most importantly seemed really happy and genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do.
I will definitely be returning

Recent health problems mean I'm grounded without my car. Once again simon, beck and the team have come through for me. I don't know what I would do without them. Total professionals in care and standards. A family business that looks after the family man. We hope you all have the best Christmas ever you all deserve it.

No words to explain how good this garage is. Way more than just a garage. Total professionals, and mechanics of the highest calibre. In my case, they are also outstanding engineers. Long story short, they are the reason I was able to go on holiday. I was incredibly stressed about my car, and they calmed me down, were totally sympathetic, and we'll.....they are Now friends. After setting off on our weekend away we had a problem with our VW Caravelle, the owner of the garage swiftly helped us, defined the problem and did a very quick fix as the part wouldn’t of got to them in time! He literally saved our weekend away and we want to say a massive thank for his last minute helping hand and he didn’t want any money for helping us, although we definitely had to treat him and even that didn’t feel enough to give after saving us and our holiday, we are so extremely grateful, thank you Red Oak Garage ❤️

Fab garage! Was taken here after an AA breakdown with my BMW 1 Series and had an excellent service from the start. Jamie was dealing with my car and kept me up to date throughout the whole time it was in the garage. He was honest with repairs and costs and went over and above trying to get my car fixed. Jamie's honesty saved me thousands - another garage had told me my timing chain had lots of life, Jamie had taken the time to actually do necessary tests and confirm that in fact it was almost gone. Absolutely top service and a garage everyone needs to use! As a woman who knows nothing about cars

This review follows my 2nd visit to this garage for some additional work following a service & mot. It's the first time I had used the garage having previously always taken my car to a main dealer. As the garage came highly recommended I decided to give it a try & I certainly wasn't disappointed! It's a real hidden gem with outstanding customer service! Nothing was too much trouble. Their answer to my questions and concerns was always the same..."Don't worry, we'll sort it!' and they did! They rightly deserve to be part of the Good Garage Scheme. I've used Red Oak Garage for both mine and my wife's cars. The guys there are friendly, they will call so you are informed of everything that needs to be done to your car before they do it and also if they do not have the parts, how long it'd take to get them. They will try to get you the best deal they can, I've recommended them to neighbours who have used them and were so impressed they've moved their car servicing from their previous preferred garage and further recommended them to their friends and family.

Red Oak Garage is a good Garage to have one's Vehicle Repaired.
I took my Car in for an MOT and on the same Day it Passed. The waiting Time was Less than Two Hours.
The Staff are Friendly and Helpful and they went out of their way to help me Complete the MOT.

I couldn't fault them at all . kept me informed all the time and never did anything without running it threw me first you guys did an awesome job on my beatle she running perfect . Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. Nothing was too difficult for them even with me calling ever hour of the day to find out the updates on my car. (My car was obviously proving difficult and wanted to stay at red… oak) I know I received honest feedback and they did the work that was required at a fair price & quickly.
