Kobalt Notaries have once again come up trumps. I contacted several notaries in the area and they were the only ones who could deal with my request in a timely manner (i.e. not in 7+ days time). Excellent service as always and no issues with going to their offices. Very conscious of COVID and they looked after you. Will continue to use them.
