Our fees are very competitive and we follow the guidance given by The Notaries Society on fees to ensure that notarial work is carried out to a proper standard. For complex transactions, we charge at a rate of 360.00 per hour pro rata. On an average notary transactions cost between 60.00.

Often notarial documents need to be Legalised or affixed with an Apostille, by being sent usually to The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, but sometimes also to various Embassies/High Commissions in London. We undertake this work. The fees for a FCO apostille and for all other legalisation services will be quoted prior to undertaking the work.
A Notary is a secular lawyer and a legal officer of ancient standing. The functions of Notaries or the Notary services provided by Notaries include the preparation and execution of legal documents for use abroad, attesting the authenticity of deeds and writings, and protesting bills of exchange. Notaries in England and Wales may also provide any non-contentious legal service, including Conveyancing and Probate activities.
Notaries are regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury under the direction of the Master of the Faculties. Though a Notary Public in England and Wales is appointed for life, Notaries are required to apply for and renew their Practicing Certificates annually. Our Practicing details are available on the Faculty Office's website.

The Notary is very rude and un professional. I met him and he was shouting and I felt extremely annoyed and walked away. Never will deal with him as he is a fraud and very expensive

I went to Kumar Associates to get the documents I needed for selling a property abroad. I'm usually ill at ease in legal situations so wasn't expecting it to go well. Instead they did a great job, putting me at ease, and explaining it in language even a layperson like me could understand. Thanks, guys!
