I asked Spikes to valet my Jaguar XJ. Do you ever think that maybe some of the reviews are fiction? Well I'm sorry but I am certain they're not. The job that was done on my pride and joy was remarkable, it doesn't look 10 rears old any more it looks more like new than in all the time I've had it. Damien and his team valeted my Black Renault Kadjar, what an amazing job they did, though my car is 3 year old it was new to me, Damien explained the process of what they would do, i told him about the couple of marks on the car, and how i had tried to get them out. Low and behold his team worked their magic and the marks had gone. I'm calling them the Dream team of car valeted world. I can't thank them enough.

Rang this company in urgent need on behalf of a friend who was selling her deceased husbands car. The owner was superb very sympathetic and accommodating he promised to do everything he could to do the car on the day we needed even though he was one member of staff down and we hadnt given him any notiice. He arrived on time having rung before to say he was on route, with two others all in uniform all extremely well mannered. They worked hard on the car and soon got it looking pristine. The car looked superb, all offered us advice and support and went above and beyond. I would definately use spikes

Excellent service from start to finish. My car had been valeted elsewhere but there was a constant damp smell. Damien couldn't help enough. He explained the process and the possible steps we might need to take but he guaranteed he would be able to eradicate the smell. He didn't disappoint. He stayed in touch constantly whilst the processes were being carried out and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing their vehicle valeting. Nothing was too much trouble and a lovely guy to deal with. Highly Recommended
