I had a taxi mot booked. I ended up reversing into a ballard and getting a yellow paint down side. I was stressed as I only had an hour to go. My boss recommend dvr to me to see if they can help. When I arrived I was told they can only buff with appointments. However after explaining the situation a chap called danny helped me. He managed to completely buff the side and get rid off all the paint. My taxi MOT passed. Very grateful to dvr. Thanks for a 5 star service. I will be visiting regular.

What an absolute shambles paid for the inside to be done and when I received my car back the carpets weren’t hooves neither was down the side of the seats, dashboard had literally a wipe down. It seems all they did was spray some air freshener to make it smell nice and gave me a smell thing. I 100% wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!

I have just spent £90 on the top valet and there’s still dirt and dust on the inside. No attention to detail with dirt and grime still in all the doors and on the seats. It appears the car only received the very basic hover and dust around the inside and not the high clean as advertised.
On the outside there are dirty wheels, stained chrome,… polish not removed, water marks and full of tar on the Bodley work which I would have thought would have been removed for £90. The grill has not been cleaned, the chrome has not been touch or polished and I can wipe dirt off the grill

I've recently used their services and decided to go for the basic in & out clean. I usually clean the car myself however there was certain bits I couldn't get to so I thought they'd be able to clean it for me. Although the outside looked great, the inside didn't. There was a lot of dirt left in the cracks and the inside looked pretty much the same as before the cleaning. I understand how a car wash business works and I know they're in a rush with all the different cars coming in however, I wish they took their time and did a more detailed clean.

Since purchasing my brand new Audi, I have used this valeting outfit to have my vehicle detailed and cleaned on a regular basis. Their professionalism and personalised service is impeccable, they have treated my car as their own. No matter what state the car goes in, it comes out as if it was out of the showroom on Day 1. Seven years on the car is still in a mint condition, thanks to DVR !! Pictures says it all.....

These guys do a great job. If you love your car be it old new fast slow whatever they will take time to make it look the best. Even the standard car wash n dry is done with care and not rushed through no matter how many are waiting. Not been happy with other car washes as I'm quite fussy but will go back here time n time again

Took my mercedes for the first time here ... The Place was not even busy... Guys cleaned one side of the car and forgot the other side(outside). I get inside and outside clean. So I go and sit inside their waiting room. After an hour and a half I come back to my car. As it's inside the building you can't tell if they have done an amazing job. So I… pay them anyways and appreciate what they have done. I take my car home. The inside of the car and seats was not even cleaned probably. Side bit of the Mercedes was dirty. I seen their finger marks on my car where they must have seen a dirty mark
