We can shampoo your seats if you don't need carpets shampooing, we can do any sort of packages which suit you. Delivery charge could be applied of 5 for jobs outside of area's covered, but any vehicles and any place considered to be valeted! So pleased with my shiny car! Gareth has done such a good job!. it was an absolute mess as hasn't been cleaned since I got it (2 years ago) it looked like a skip!

I required 2 vans to be fully valeted. I contacted Northwest Valeting, price was agreed and an appointment was booked.
I followed this up via text and all was set.
On the day and time of the valet, there was no sign of Northwest Valeting. I rung several times and there was no answer.
I finally had a call back from them. They apologised as they had booked it in there diary wrongly.
They said that they could get to the vans done the following day. I said that I would get back to them in 5 minutes and let them know.
5 minutes later I rang back to confirm that it was all fine. Again no answer
