Our Nursery is bright and spacious proving an excellent environment for inquisitive babies to explore. Our daily routine is flexible, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to join in whilst also meeting the needs of our smaller babies by continuing with their home routine until around one year old.
Supporting children with Special Education Needs or Disabilities at Chantry House Nursery School, our 'local offer' provides information about education, health and care services, leisure activities and support groups in one place.

Hope loves coming into nursery, the staff are amazing. Kobie has developed a lot since coming to nursery. His speech has improve and he always talks about seeing his friends. I would recommend the nursery to others. We have loved Chantry House for both of our children and they have loved it too! The staff are so warm, so caring and above all love the children.

I couldnt recommend Chantry House enough all the staff are so kind, they've done everything they can to keep the children safe but still trying to give them some sort of normality during the pandemic. They will literally look after every child like their own. They are all the kindest caring girls and bring out the best in my girls, when I pick them up they are absolutely buzzing and full of beans!

Fantastic nursery. My son is due to leave to start school after 4 years of attending Chantry House. All the staff have been amazing, so caring, encouraging and supportive of his development, from starting to crawl, walk, to potty training and amazing development in preschool of understanding basic maths, writing and through phonics beginning to… read. My son has been very happy and settled at Chantry House. We have been very comfortable with the interaction, communication and engagement we have had with the nursery. The girls at chantry house are amazing, both my children have been going there since they were 9 months old, I’ve never had a tear from either of them when I’ve left and they always have big smiles on their faces when I pick them up. The girls are so helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble. They always do so many lovely activities and outings with the children. I couldn’t recommend a better nursery!

I could not recommend this nursery more highly. The staff are so attentive and knowledgeable, my daughter is so happy to walk in and wave goodbye to me. Communication is excellent, via Tapestry and face to face, I feel like I always know exactly what she has been up to every day. I recommend Chantry House to anyone looking for a nursery.

My little boy has been going here since January and he loves it! All the staff are amazing with the children, he goes in every morning super excited to be there! Communication between staff and myself has always been great and they’re always really helpful. I’m really glad we chose this nursery and will definitely be sending our next child here too!

We have used Chantry House for nearly 7 years and both of my boys have loved it here. The staff are so friendly and really show they care about your child. We have feedback at the end of each day and it's very easy to see really what our children have been learning during their day from the conversations we have with them at home . If we have any… questions no matter how small we will always get an answer. The routines for each room the nursery are great to follow and it's really nice to have structure which can also been adapted at home. My youngest is currently in Pre-School and has come

All 3 of my children have attended Chantry House and have all loved it. From the day we looked around, it just felt ‘right’ and it’s felt like that ever since. All the staff are so accommodating and genuinely love the children like they are their own. For our children it’s been like a home away from home and I’d never consider another nursery. I have recommended Chantry to a few friends and they now love it as much as me.

All 3 of my children have attended Chantry House Nursery from 6 months old and have thrived within the care of the friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. Harriet who is just about to start school has come on in leaps and bounds this year, starting to read some words and has grown in confidence. My youngest who has several sever allergies has… been looked after with the upmost care and consideration of his particular needs and thanks to the Chantry house team has learnt to love food and is now a happy and confident little boy who loves to laugh and chat away. I can’t tell you about the actual nursery as I never got that far however as their organisational skills are horrific. Arrived for my 2pm appointment to be shown around and was told they weren’t ready for me. They wanted me to wait outside in the cold with my 10month old for ages! Never once got an apology and when I asked if I could book another time to come back they wanted me to wait until the following week - I’d already waited over a week for this appointment. If I’m honest just how unorganised and rude they were is a complete turn off, definitely won’t be wasting my with them in
