Services
Greenfrog Entertainments offer a wide range of unique Bouncy Castle's, in different themes and shapes, at a competitive price. We are based in the centre of Mansfield and operate our services and hires across Nottinghamshire, Chesterfield, Derbyshire and surrounding areas. We have several options to hire, including a standard day, overnight until morning and a 2-day second day half price hire deal.
Our range of Combo's (that's a Bouncy Castle and Slide - combined!) are the best of both worlds and we have several different themes to choose from. An inflatable will really liven up any outdoor gathering party, even for the big kids out there, as we have a selection of Bouncy Castles suitable for adults!
We have introduced Packages to allow our customers to be able to hire multiple products within the same or similar themes, at the same time. It also gave us a chance to give back to our customers and include discounts when booking our packages, compared to booking the products individually. Poor service from these guys on Saturday evening for a 5 year old birthday party. Booked and paid for weeks in advance, face painter arrived on time (he was only booked by the company that afternoon) and the disco that was booked failed to turn up (and we were even told they were running 45 mins late and they would turn up.... Didn't!). Poor from the company and no emails or calls to apologise, now not taking our phone calls! Please take the time to share or call them.Whatever it takes until they respond. If you're thinking about hiring.. Think twice.. Or more!

We hired a bouncy castle, inflatable slide and some outdoor games for a work event, all at a very reasonable price. Everything was set up with plenty of time to spare and collected later that day. We had an issue with getting the electric to work. I called and within 20 minutes their team had sent somebody to sort the issue out. Really good commuincation throughout. Would recommend.

Despite it stating on the confirmation email that the bouncy castle would be delivered between 09:00-11:00, it didn’t actually turn up until 13:50 and the part was 12:00-15:00. Very disappointed as when I called I was constantly told that they were on their way but still didn’t turn up. They eventually ignored my calls. When I finally got hold of… someone they said that they prioritise village halls and events over houses. Very disappointed with the service. No apology given, the person on the other end of the line tried to blame me for having the party so early and denied that

The bouncy castle itself I cannot fault it was the customer service that I feel was the big downside. The 2 people that set the castle up and collected was rude when we thanked them we just got a blank expression and not even a reply back. Also they didn't even tell us that the bouncy castle was safely set up and ready to go on, they simple set up and left without a word to us. Also no safety crash mat was placed in front of the castle and one of the children came off and hurt there knees because of the missing crash mat.

I have 5 children. I've used G.F.E. at least once a year, every year, for years! In that time weve moved house 5 times and there has never been a single issue. They are a top team, can't fault them. G.F.E. are only company we use for bouncy castles and would highly recommend to anyone!

Turned up 4 hours late for my daughters birthday. Kept telling me they will be there in 10 minutes over the space of 4 hours. Then Promised to leave the castle till 11 the next morning as compensation but then turned up at 8am and walked straight through my garden gate without knocking. Promised me a refund and still had nothing! Not reccomended to anyone
