Great service fast and efficient polite and hardly knew they was they when putting up and down I've actually passed them on 3 times already since and I will be joining has members when you have great company like this esp working around parents trying to put on a party and children you stick too them. Absolutely AMAZING Service, very Friendly and helpful people. I failed to mention a slight bump in my garden, And when they arrived they told me it will be a safety hazard.
I thought that was it and I messed up....
But they were back within the hour with a different large bouncy castle we agreed on.
And they were still very friendly and showed no frustration towards me.
Kids enjoyed it and we are very grateful for their help and service.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Excellent service - great selection of products, slick automated ordering, friendly and efficient on the day, and easy to use (ie press the power on, it inflates in less than a minute). We've never hired a bouncy castle before, but would do it again. Kids loved it.
