Flawless. Easy checking of availability and ordering on the website with a small deposit. Balance paid in cash on delivery - slap bang in the middle of the expected window. Cheerful and efficient when putting up the castle, which was practically new and well worth the money giving 20 5 year olds several hours of entertainment! Reversed the process for pick up, still with slick and friendly staff. Can't fault, will definitely use again.

Fabulous service and very efficient! Very friendly and helpful on the phone and the 2 fellas that delivered were also very friendly and helpful, we hired 3 large inflatables for a football presentation and we will be sure to book again in the future, the kids loved it, thank again!

Booked a castle for my daughters birthday arrived at the address it was being dropped off after they rang me to say no one was there I was only 2 minutes away and they had gone said they left me a number to ring back and they did not , i tried ringing a different number and it didn't even ring, when I finally managed to get through was told they were not coming because I had missed the window. Will not be using them again ad I now have 9 very disappointed children and had no response very poorly company

We hired a princess bouncy castle for our little girl through the web. The site is very easy to use and book the dates and times you want. When they guys arrived they were very pleasant and professional. Got straight on with setting up and left. The bouncy castle was great quality and exactly what we wanted. When they came to collect they were again very friendly and professional. Highly recommend these guys!
