I can advise you on whether your document will be valid just with the notarisation or whether it also needs to be legalised at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office with an apostille. For countries that are a party to the Hague Convention documents need only be legalised with the apostille in order to be accepted.
I can offer a bespoke document translation service according to your precise requirements. The document presented to me may be in a foreign language. It is imperative that i as your Notary am content that you understand the meaning and the effect of the document and therefore it may be necessary to get the document translated.
This Policy ("Policy") sets out the 9 Data Protection Principles which I, Sharmila Patani, ("Notary") commit to comply with when processing personal data in the course of my business as notary public ("Business"). The Business will ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with this Policy by the Notary, all Personnel and Suppliers.
My charges are based on the time spent in dealing with your notarial work. In many cases, after a short discussion of the work required, i can give you an estimate of the time involved, or in straightforward cases, a fixed fee. No VAT is payable on my fees.
I will ask you to pay fees and disbursements by cash or online payment to my bank account on completion of the notarisation, unless we have previously agreed that my fees will be invoiced to you.A copy of my detailed Terms & Conditions of business are available upon request. I offer appointments either at the following offices or at your business premises or home where required. I also offer out of hours and weekend appointments. Clients can park for free on parts of Lower Road, Dudley Gardens and Roxeth Hill with additional parking available at Waitrose car park 10 mins walk away.

Sharmila was, polite and easy to talk to. friendly and professional services. She was very clear as to how things would work with the COVID guidelines.I called her few hours before meeting her.
