Danco Plc is a privately owned and operated family business which continues to grow year on year and has supplied marquees and specialist structures at major events throughout the UK since 1975. The company employs over 70 full time members of staff throughout the year rising to in excess of 200 during the peak summer months.
Danco Plc have a large variety of specialist structures for hire with sizes ranging from 3m to 40m in width and modular lengths of your choice. We also offer a number of additional services and bespoke alternatives to help create the most memorable events. This year Danco joined our team for the Shrewsbury Flower Show, which is the oldest long running flower show in the world, as our contracted marquee provider. This involvement requires the erection of our largest marquees, up to 30m, together with a number of other smaller units to be installed over a period of 3 weeks, as well as significant coordination with many other agencies and contractors.
One of the biggest drawbacks to hiring a traditional marquee for your event or as a temporary structure for your business is the amount of additional space they need externally for guy ropes and fixings and internal limitations on the amount and configuration of available floor space.
