PhysioFunction
For over 15 years PhysioFunction have been helping people maximise their independence following life changing events such as strokes, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. When other healthcare services have reached their limit of time and resources we can often pick up the baton and help our clients continue their rehabilitation journey to reach their potential.

And that potential is often greater than they initially thought possible. Please continue to wear a mask for your appointment and administer hand gel on arrival. Our team will still be wearing full PPE and cleaning the clinic before and after appointments. Alternatively, you can arrange for a physio to visit you at home or use our TeleRehab service.
Services
PhysioFunction was established over 15 years ago by husband and wife team Jon and Emma Graham. The company has grown substantially since then, primarily focusing on helping people to maximise their independence following life changing events, such as stroke, acquired brain or spinal injury and other neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
PhysioFunction works with clients on a one to one basis in clinics across the UK or in their own homes. Our aim is to help people maximise their independence in everyday life. PhysioFunction believes in clinical excellence, quality of service and fairness in our dealings with clients. We also recognise and respect the work of medical professionals within the NHS and seek to build on the foundations they create.
Our expert Neurological Physiotherapists specialise in working with clients who are experiencing a wide range of conditions. Our team can help make improvements long after, and in many cases years after our clients' initial illness onset or injury.

Our Long Buckby clinic also has Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists that specialise in treating sporting injuries, sciatica, "slipped" discs, muscular aches and pains, and other muscular or skeletal problems.
PhysioFunction's team of highly trained specialist physiotherapists are experts in the treatment of all neurological conditions including: Stroke, Head Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, MS, Parkinson's and other Neurological Conditions. Neurological Physiotherapy is able to kick-start the message pathways that your brain is struggling to use, to make new pathways through repetitive actions and exercises.
TeleRehab allows individuals to remotely access rehabilitation within their home environment, under the supervision of a highly qualified Neurological Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist. At this time, in line with government advice, we cannot complete face-to-face or hands on treatment. Telerehab offers an effective alternative whereby our Physiotherapists can continue to deliver quality rehabilitation via your phone, tablet, lap-top or PC.

I have a spinal cord injury and have been visiting PhysioFunction for a few years now. I have had various treatments including Hydrotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy and have used their Exoskeletons. I find the therapists and staff polite and easy to get on with. They try to make my sessions interesting and set me goals. They push the boundaries and prove what can be done. I have improved since coming to PhysioFunction and can now stand and take steps with a walker.

I believe it would be universally accepted that anyone purchasing an item or service would make inquiries about the costs associated with that item/service , as i did. I was told (by hailey) i would have to speak to a particular person and gave my email and phone number. The phone call came three days later with a condescending and patronising lecture on the product as if i had no knowledge at all on the item but when i interrrupted to explain i was familiar with the whole process as i use a similar item and that i understood it would need setting up through an assessment with a clinician etc and
