The service provided is that of a Notary Public, carrying out all permitted notarial activities in England and Wales including, where appropriate and if required, arranging legalisation of documents and sending them to their final destinations. Appointments are available at my office in Belsize Park and I am also willing to see clients at their own premises where required. Evenings and weekends appointment are available by prior arrangement. Services
A Notary, or Notary Public, can authenticate or witness most documents. A Notary can also arrange legalisation or obtain Apostilles, if needed. You will often require the services of a Notary Public when you have documents which are needed to be used abroad. The Notary's signature and seal will verify to the authorities in that country that any relevant checks have been carried out and that the document has been properly signed.
Notarising the execution of Powers of Attorney on behalf of a company, LLP or other trading medium. Notarising certificates of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association for UK or Foreign Companies. Providing Certified Copies of Company Resolutions, Minutes, Reports and other Company Documents.
Our rates are competitive and transparent and we make every effort to agree fees before any responsibility is incurred by the client for these. They are based on a notional hourly rate of £240.00. Many documents requiring notarisation are particular to their own circumstances and are priced accordingly.

I cannot recommend Bernard highly enough. I received documents from Canada on Friday evening that needed to be notarised to complete the sale of property early the following week. I called Bernard up on Saturday morning and everything was done by early Saturday afternoon. Very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being extremely reasonably priced.
