Recently moved to Mirfield, first full eye test at Hansons. I've had two detached retinas, cataract surgery and another minor op in the last two years. Today's check up was the most detailed and informative I've ever had - and believe me, I've had some issues over the years. The test itself was not hurried or rushed, and the explanation from the results of the various, high technology tests was explained. Ordered new glasses afterwards and I've no doubt what so ever, the after sales service will be as good. Excellent all round.....

Excellent service from arrival to leaving this opticians.
Reception and the booking in process is slick and professional with smart pleasant friendly staff. The optician was very welcoming and again professional and instilled confidence in me as a customer.
The test process was very thorough with the most modern testing equipment being used. Every aspect of the examination was explained fully and the whole process was professional, but delivered in a very friendly easy and understandable manner. I have used this optician since moving to Mirfield two years ago and will certainly continue to use

I have been going to Hanson Opticians for over 2 years since I moved to Mirfield. From the first visit I was made to feel comfortable and the treatment was excellent and I came away very happy. Since then they have reminded me when I need a checkup and the treatment by all the staff has continued to be the same and to a very high standard. I would be very happy to recommend Hanson Opticians to any of my family and friends.

I cannot recommend Hanson Opticians enough. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Atiq is a fantastic Optician and wonderful with young children - he managed to check my daughter's eyes even though she was very upset at the start of the appointment. We are very lucky to have this place in Mirfield.

The optometrist was absolutely amazing with my daughter. He made the whole experience so enjoyable for her, she listened to everything he said. She wanted another eye test as soon as she got home!
I was worried about attending due to the current pandemic but was pleased to see all the necessary precautions were being followed.

Really recommend! Eye test was thorough and the optician was super friendly and informative. I always struggle choosing glasses but got two great pairs for £70 and had so much help from the staff. All the staff are friendly, helpful and patient. I usually dread going to the opticians but will look forward to going back here. Thanks so much :-D
