Graham and Angela Phipps both studied at Bradford University, graduating in 1989 and qualifying as optometrists in 1990. Having worked for other practices, they opened Phipps Opticians in 1994 in Heckmondwike. In 2004 they purchased Gill Opticians in Dewsbury and are proud to carry the good name of that practice, established in 1947.
