While spending several hours with us we will incorporate a wonderful range of treatments to relax and unwind you to include; Aromatherapy or Swedish Full Body Massage, Resultime Facial, Mini-Manicure, Mini-Pedicure, Reflexology. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, and other aromatic compounds from plants that can be tailored to specific effect to improve a person's mood or health.

Reiki is a natural healing treatment, developed early in the 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki energy seeks to harmonise all that causes imbalance to the mind, body and soul. Relaxing and calming and can help to reduce stress and anxiety.
Avoid sun beds or the sun if certain oils have been used (photo toxicity) your therapist will advise you (this maybe after an Aromatherapy Massage treatment). If you feel concerned about anything following your treatment do not hesitate to call your therapist for advice. If however, you can not reach your therapist and you feel unwell in any way, or your symptoms worsen; always call you G.P. for advice.
