Services
Our high-intensity fitness sessions focus on raising your heart-rate and increasing you fitness levels. Battle ropes, kettlebells, rowing machines, Assault bikes, Skiergs, and much more are combined differently every session, in a circuit-style layout that'll really make you sweat! In our state of the art private facility, you will find professional level weightlifting equipment, aimed to build your strength, balance and power.
The classes you attend depends entirely on the membership option you choose. For example, our PREMIUM members are able to attend 16 classes in a month, before their membership runs out. You can buy a new membership as soon as you existing sessions are all used up. We do not have a designated crche area for children, but are always happy to accommodate them during any of our 9.30am sessions.

Great gym and friendly environment. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They provide amazing strength/hypertrophy sessions along with hiit style and crossfit style sessions. They have somehow combined every important aspect of fitness together. It should be worth mentioning that hiit classes are based on simple and safe exercises which will keep you away from injuries (even if your technique is not very good), something which is not very common in the modern fitness industry.

Been going to Joe's for over 3 year now, I've been to other places in that time also but nothing compares to Joe's, The training is always excellent and no repeatative. Coaches Joe, Scott & Bev are some of the best I've been coached by always will to help and push you to the next level. Team days out amd weekends away rombclimbing mountains to Coasteering
