I regularly deal with peter and the team at west berks funeral directors on a professional level and I’m always very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help families when they really need it. So when it came to organising a funeral for a family member there wasn’t any competition as far as I was concerned. Pete made the whole process very easy and was very accommodating with our needs. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Peter Cox more than fulfilled my expectations when arranging the funeral for my late brother. The service went ahead with the minimum of fuss, and throughout Peter maintained a discreet and sensitive approach, whilst always being ready to help. He also arranged a humanist celebrant who performed her role admirably. The charges were fair, and there was none of the upselling pressure that I experienced from other funeral directors I had approached. I would have no hesitation in recommending West Berkshire Funeral Directors to others, and my 5 star rating was well-deserved.

Peter and his collegues were very helpful and considerate towards us at this very sad time after the sudden unexpected death of my mother in law. He was able to tailor a service suited to us as we had a limited budget as it was sudden and there was no life insurance and everthing was as his mum would have liked.
