Well maintained and quiet place. Stayed here in a friend's static caravan for our honeymoon and enjoyed some peaceful away time here. Pretty much everything is a drive away from here though, from walks to shopping. 8 mum drive to nearest groceries and about 25 to the nearest town.

We have a static caravan on Goodenbergh which we moved from Windermere.
The Goodenbergh staff are friendly, helpful and cheery.
Our van is situated opposite the play area and now that our kids have grown up, we wondered if it might be noisy and disturb us 'oldies' but no, the whole site is very quiet even when children are playing. Dave and I highly recommend the site, especially for retirees 🤗

We have had a mobile home on this site for nearly 20 years and have always enjoyed our time there. It is very well situated and is great if you want peace and quiet. Great woodland walk. Highly recommended.
