I have just purchased a Willoughby Vogue at Abby Farm in Lathom, Lancashire I must say the service regarding buying it and everything else regarding the purchase.
The after sales I couldn't have been any better with Johnathan from Harrison Leisure. I would recommend him at all times. Sam was a delight. He really made our break away better. No task is too big. He has clearly been here a whole and has a passion for the park and what he does as he very imformative on arrival and knowledgable.

Stayed in a Platinum 3 bed. I think that the Platinum plus just has a bit of decking outside of the patio doors.
The main bedroom is OK and the others would do for small children. However an adult or teenager has to shuffle sideways between the beds.
Perhaps a two bed would have larger rooms.
The equipment level is good but I don't see the point of having a dishwasher if it is not connected.
Overall the park was clean and quiet however we weren't exactly there in peak season.
Didn't make use of the facilities e.g. pub or pool etc so can't comment. Nor did we have significant contact with staff

Great place for a Family getaway. Annual Family holiday, most of our Family from across the UK get together and have a wonderful time. It has been even more significant this year as we have lost 2 members since we last got together in 2019. This long weekend away in such a lovely environment, with pleasant Park staff, helps you appreciate what you have! The accommodation is spotless, of good quality and stocked with most of what you need.

Stayed in a glamping hive, 2 adults, 2 children for 2 nights. Great value for money especially with the Emergency workers discount available. Some great facilities to keep the children entertained, pool, splash park and the playground. Close to Southport pier. Had food on site one evening with fast service and reasonable prices.

We came here for our first family holiday and was really disappointed, in fact I was that annoyed come the second night, I ended up in tears. The caravan was lovely and the site was clean with a decent sized park for kids and a splash park outside but what we wasn’t told was that the restaurant was also part of the bar so you had people sitting on… top of you whilst trying to eat and also people asking if you can let them know when your leaving so they could have your table, this was due to the lack of seating and everyone being cramped into the bar area has the main entertainment

Decent site with a lot of facilities especially for the kids - football and basketball. Cabin was well equipped but furniture was worn and pet hairs were everywhere. My main gripe was the pans not being suitable for the induction hob and kitchen utensils being limited. Not very well thought out in that respect....

Just home from the wild rose park in Cumbria Had the best time caravan was stunning clean and very comfy . From check in to check out the staff could not do enough and were so friendly . Going to book again it was so good Plenty room to walk the dog he loved it too Pub was good only one thing letting it down was the dog friendly area really low… sofas and tables so if u were eating it was quite uncomfortable it would be good to have the choice of tables if u prefer a higher seat and table for eating that would be great The food was lovely and reasonably priced and too our amusement delivery

We first visited Riverside last year and stayed in a beautiful gold caravan. We liked it so much we booked a platinum van for a week this year. The van we were given definitely wasn’t a platinum one, it was pretty much the same as the gold one but with an added very small decking area to the side. The van looked absolutely nothing like the pictures of a platinum one. This was a little disappointing as we had paid more for a nicer van. We would return but wouldn’t waste money paying for a platinum van.

Wild Rose Park is filthy, noisy, awful park, sent a complaint via email on first night due to pod of teenagers blaring their music out (rules state no under 25’s)- we had 3 nights of it. They were friends/family of site team so did not complain to wardens as did not want any repercussions. Head office were aware of issues. On leaving, Reception informed me she knew of the issue with said teenagers/bar team! Their cleaning schedule was appalling, absolutely not a 5 star park.
