Regent carried out the funeral of my brother and I all I can say is that their compassion and professionalism helped me and my family through one of the most difficult times of our life. The whole team were so friendly and understanding with getting things sorted and the day itself went as good as it possibly could have. I went to a funeral where regent were the directors and what a wonderful and personal service. I have never been to such a beautiful and elegant service. The woman In front of the car lead the funeral beautifully and with pride and everyone was so smart and sympathetic. If there is such a thing as a good funeral that was it! Regent Funeral Services are truly top of the class. Natalia expertly guided us through what was involved in a cremation for our Dad with both great sensitivity and efficiency. All aspects of the arrangements were executed perfectly. In addition to being highly skilled their pricing is very competitive. Our precious Mam passed suddenly 2 weeks before Christmas, from the 1st contact with regent we felt comforted. Natalia arrived the next morning, Natalia was born to work within this profession. Her natural lovely caring personality coupled with respect and compassion she assured us she would look after our Mam. Our final gift to our Mam was putting her with Natalia's and Regent Care. I cannot thank Joe and the staff at Regent for the amazing service start to finish. After using a local firm for years on end, we decided to use Regent as their prices were half of the other firm. They looked after my Grandad with dignity and respect all the way through. The friendliness and professionalism of our Funeral Director was phenomenal and I really couldn't wish for anyone better to of looked after my grandad.
