Very helpful when ever i want advice. The pharmacist always is happy to talk to me privately in the consultation room. He goes out of his way. The prices are very reasonable. My whole family gets their prescriptions delivered by this chemist in Luton. They collect our scripts from our surgery and delivery to my home on time every time for Free.

We are extremely pleased with this pharmacy. When we were in lockdown, our regular pharmacy in Oakley Road refused to deliver even though we were unwell at the time and had no family nearby. We changed to this pharmacy and have found them to be very efficient. Also, the lady who usually does the deliveries is charming.

I went in here once and as for someone who managed a Lloyd’s Pharmacy, I wouldn’t like to come back. Customer facing workers should at all times look clean or at least dress appropriately because it means “you can be bothered to respect the image of your workplace”. I walked in and there was this teenager girl, wearing trainers 👟 she really dressed unprofessionally and it made me question the establishment.
I thought I’d give it a chance, BUT my partner was messed around to collecting a medicine and two different staff DIDN’T communicate with each other so we were given different

I had two travel vaccine injections at this pharmacy, each time I was kept waiting 35 minutes over my two appointments. Also the second injection was done so fast (totally LESS THAN 1 second needle out) that I suspect it was just an empty syringe. I didn’t look because due to needle phobia. Other staff very friendly and the reception lady most helpful but the person who gave me injections was rude and I suspect foul play. I rather pay more elsewhere for my travel vaccines than repeat same experience.
