Strawberry Developments was established in 2002. Our aim is to produce buildings that are different to the market norm by their limited scale and character. By focusing on smaller developments we are able to ensure that each individual work place or home is unique and enhanced to suit the individual purchaser.
Our approach is illustrated by our highly regarded conversion of a grade 2 listed factory, known as Gwenda Works. We successfully returned this historic building to its former glory, within a modern context by the development of 11 unique apartments. Our latest development Caroline Point will create 14 individual, open plan, self contained office suites each capable of being enhanced to suit the purchasers wishes.
