It was founded in 2005 but has its origins with Kalym Builders, which was established in 1990. Whiterock has developed well over 50 units in the last 6 years, ranging from large country homes for market sale to smaller affordable units for housing associations.

Whiterock Homes has a long history spanning over 30 years developing all types of housing. Our roots are in the luxury housing sector with over 300 houses constructed on more than 50 rural sites in that period. We have taken that expertise and put it to good use developing over 100 affordable houses and flats for village communities on rural exception sites.
