Morcroft Property Developments Ltd - developing quality offices, shops and industrial units since 1984. Morcroft Property Developments was founded in 1984 by Managing Director Robert William Moore. We have built up an enviable reputation for both construction and refurbishment, and have particular expertise in working in sensitive areas and on listed buildings.
Our aim is to construct buildings which not only look good on completion but continue to be attractive and functional for many years to come. Several of our schemes have won awards for their high quality design and construction; for example Valentine's Walk in Ludlow won a Ludlow Heritage Award in 1990 and Denby Buildings in Leamington Spa received a Millennium Award for "significant contribution made to Leamington Spa".
