By working closely with Urban Aspects Ltd our planning and architectural consultants we were able to improve the planning consent to 9 residential units.

As a small developer, we are constantly looking for land with development potential. Our speciality is primarily schemes of up to 10 homes enabling us to ensure personal attention to detail and a high quality finish to all of our properties. At Bluegrove we will give consideration to developing both Greenfield and brownfield sites, with or without planning permission.
