Clive represents everything a letting agent should be, having rented for over ten years and having dealt with numerous agents, it was a pleasure to find one who was responsive, honest and professional. A truly brilliant service from this company! Me and my partner have rented for 3 years with an estate agent and by far this process was the best we’ve had. Clive gave us a tour round our new place showing everything we may need which we’ve never had! , explained everything and had the answers to any questions we may have

I had the good fortune to rent a property who had Clive as the agent, and then used him to manage the letting of my property.
In my experience CRJ Lettings offers a thorough professional service, on behalf of the tenants and the landlords. All issues as a tenant were responded to in a timely manner and resolved in a reasonable way, and the same in reverse as a landlord.
Consequently the state of his properties are kept in a good repair as he does thorough 6 monthly visits and follows up on any repairs that might need doing.
I highly recommend this business for its efficiency and integrity.

A truly CUSTOMER oriented service with strong business principles, honesty, quality, efficiency, managing all property maintenance, even the sudden challenges. It has been an all positive experience with Clive at CRJ Lettings. We are current tenants and the whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. Prior to moving in, we had really struggled with previous estate agents and finding a property, but finding CRJ lettings was like a breath of fresh air. The most incredible experience we cannot recommend highly enough for landlords
We were recommended to Clive by a friend who has been letting through him for a long time. We have only ever had a terrible experience in the past when letting property so were extremely anxious. Clive was impressive from the moment we met him. Very honest and attentive to our needs and wishes and recommended appropriate rental for us and our family. Clive was very informative about the chosen property, went out of his way and provided exemplary customer service. Clive was really helpful for myself and my partner, he went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for us. We've rented several times, with various estate agents, and 100% think that Clive made it the least stressful, involved the least paperwork, and cost the least.
We are especially grateful that he didn't brush us aside as soon as he found out he have two dogs. Most estate agents hear the word "dog" and just ignore you from then on. However, Clive was completely unfazed, and was really helpful with us.

Extensive local knowledge helping me choose a sound rental property. Very professional and ethical service to both landlord and tenant. Clive sourced a great decorator who repainted the place ASAP. The property was then let out before the paint tried minimising my void period. Clive sourced an ideal tenant (did not miss a beat during lockdown) and whom the neighbours said were delightful.

Clive was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole tenancy, always available to solve problems and respond quickly, which made this the best experience in renting we've ever had.
