Would highly recommend. Went to celebrate results, and staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make it a special occasion. Mentioned to waiters we were celebrating, and they brought a complementary cake with a congratulations message, without us even asking. Made it a very special experience. Food was also breath-taking.

Cocktail bartenders put on a show although in the end results were poor. The decor is cheap and shabby reminding me of an East End pub back in the 70's My wifes wine they couldn't mess up BUT my Old Fashioned was one of the worst that I have ever tasted. Just a glass of whisky with a cherry on top TWO MASSIVE ICE CUBES that may have sunk the Titanic No hint of burnt orange. Made by amateurs or so it seemed. So a change of tack I ordered a Amaretto Sour with the same result
Poorly made two huge ice cubes little content. Waiting staff are pleasant but we will not be returning.

Deliciously decadent without being pretentious. We enjoyed a marvelous Sunday roast meal that included beef, Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings. The flavors were all so well balanced and the sommelier recommended a perfectly paired bottle. It's not inexpensive, but the food, service, and setting make it worthwhile.

This place was amazing. The food was only outdone by the great service and friendly staff. We came here as part of a theater package. When we walked in we immediately felt underdressed. But not one person there made us feel like we didnt belong. After arriving by taxi my friend realized she lost her purse. Not sure what to do. Do we skip dinner and go back to the theater? The concierge (I wish I could remember his name) immediately came to our aid. He said he had a backstage number a connection at the theater. He called his connection and they went to our seats and found her purse! We were able

A truly marvelous place. Elegant and well appointed in decor and staff, but not stuffy. The food was delicious, inventive twists on many classics. The watercress soup was sublime and that alone would bring me here time and again. The roast pigeon with parsnips and cabbage and a special whiskey sauce was well portioned, expertly cooked, prettily plated, and fantastic.

Today's lunch was the best British food I have ever eaten.
Inventive: celeriac roasted on charcoal with various bits on the side; fabulous mallard also with tasty sides; Tarte Tatin better than ever in France; long but not dauntingly so wine list, decently priced
Competent if not impeccable service
Lovely quiet surroundings
Not hideously expensive; well worth it
