When not at HOWND HQ, Mark can usually be found cycling outdoors with his mates (he loves both road and mountain biking), walking his 30kg Portuguese Water Dog Roxy, or going to Chelsea football games with his kids. When not busy with HOWND, Jo trains at a local boxing gym a few times a week and manages an international book club which she founded ten years ago.
