The Wheatley family have been running Broadway Pet Stores for over 40 years but the pet shop has been on this location in the Broadway since the 1930s. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and professional advice. With our many years of experience, we can guide you on what pets will suit you & your lifestyle, and what products will best suit your pet.
We are operating the Eukanuba loyalty scheme - with a loyalty card, the 6th bag purchased from our shop is free. We are also operating the Fish4Dogs and Fish4Cats loyalty schemes - with a loyalty card, the 6th bag (1.5kg for larger) purchased from our shop is free.

Had everything i need for my two cockatiels, i took them in store with me and the staff loved them. as a recommendation if would be nice if they stocked more things suitable for Birds. But still a solid 5 stars. I dont give ratings because a place cant supply all my needs, i rate on professionalism. not everything in the world revolve around us🤷🏼♂️

I love this shop, its like the shops we all grew up with, when nothing is too much trouble, they are very customer service led, they remember you when you call, and even keep up covid protocol in a tiny shop. We should all try to support independent shops particularly right now, I really hope more people visit.

Excellent customer service! They will set up a regular order of a particular product, so it's guaranteed to be in stock when you go to collect it. Friendly, helpful service, all delivered with a great sense of humour, too! It's a tonic just to go in there! It doesn't feel like just 'shopping', it feels like having a chat with friends.
