Radmoor Nursery is based on the Loughborough College campus conveniently situated within five minutes of the M1 J23 for easy access to Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. Services
The Radmoor Day Nursery opened in 1996 and cares for children ages three months up to five years of age. The nursery is Ofsted registered and received and overall 'Good' grading in 2017. The nursery in managed by Mrs Danielle Shipley who is supported by an excellent team of well qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners.
On arrival, depending on your child's age, you and your child will be welcomed into either Orange group, Pre-School Green or Pre-School Blue. Babies and Toddlers use the main dining hall during breakfast time. Breakfast is available from 8.00am until 8.45am and comprises of a variety of cereal, fruit and a drink of milk or water.
Healthy eating is paramount to your child's well-being and we encourage your child to enjoy mealtimes with their friends. We use a positive approach to encourage good table manners. Menus are regularly monitored and changed according to the season to ensure that all children are given a varied diet of fruit and vegetables.
The Nursery also offers three out of school clubs for school children aged 4-11. The aim of these clubs is to offer a fun, stimulating environment, where children can socialise, play, and relax before and after a busy day at school. The clubs ensure that children are valued as individuals and given the tools and opportunities that will enable them to reach their full potential, supported by the EYFS.
On registering your child, a Direct Debit can be set up unless you're paying by standing order or workplace vouchers. Cash or card payments can be accepted in the nursery office. Payments must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month, reaching our account no later than the 5th. We accept Workplace Vouchers/Standing Orders/Internet payments/DD/Cash/Card.
