I am Eva, a pastry chef and a dietitian with over 8 years experience in cake making and decorating. I opened Euthymia Cakes in Cyprus (hence the Greek name!) where we lived, offering bespoke designer cakes and sugar floristry. A lot has happend since that day and I am now based in Hanslope, Milton Keynes.
I love baking and creating decorated cakes, pastry and confectionary and even more I am passionate about bringing sugar to life through gum paste flowers. Because every cake is custom made, I'll be happy to design the perfect cake for you. Besides monthly wedding consultations we are also regularly attending wedding fayres throughout South East and will be happy to discuss your cake there.

Euthymia Cakes creates modern international desserts for any occasion but also British sweet classics for afternoon tea at home. Please note we don't offer sandwiches or other variety with meat or fish.
Please note there are new opening times Friday 2pm-4pm and Saturday 10am-12noon or as agreed. We make personalised cake toppers, figures, sugar flowers, letter toppers, centre pieces and floral arrangements. With endless options for any event you can get the topper you want! Most of our toppers are made from gluten free and dairy free gum paste and sugar paste.
Most flavours are also available without use of gluten or dairy, or as vegan. Please note that most of common food allergens are used in the kitchen and I cannot promise their possible traces (GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYA, SULPHUR DIOXIDE). Please note that our more unusual flavours are subject to availability due to the seasonal nature of some ingredients.

Eva is quite simply amazing and so so talented. All her cakes are so beautifully designed and taste absolutely delicious. I am gluten free and they are always so moist you would never know they were gluten free. So has made bespoke 40th birthday cake, Christmas cake, Memorial cupcakes and much more for me. Every bespoke detail I have asked her to create she has always been able to perfectly. Her cakes have created such wonderful memories for me and my family. I would recommend Eva 100%. Sarah x

The cake we got was absolutely stunning and very tasty! Each of our 3 layers was a different flavor and decorated just as we wanted.
The process was very easy and Eva was very professional and helpful throughout! She organised a lovely tasting session for us where we got to sample a good amount of flavours and brainstorm ideas which was very helpful.
The price was also very reasonable :)
Would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for a wedding cake!

If there was a 0 star I would give that. The top tier of the cake she set up in the venue was broken for our wedding day. She didn't even attempt to call me and I was informed by my husband prior to the guests turning up that she had positioned it towards the wall do it wasn't visible. Poor quality standard work as the cake looked nothing like what I wanted. I will go to small claims court to get compensation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LADY

It is the second year I do my little one's birthday cake with euthymia cakes, I can't recommend enough! The cakes were such a huge success, I received so many compliments both for the design and flavor. Eva is such a lovely lady, she did such a good job with the designs I asked her to do :-). My son was very happy!

Eva made my partner a beautiful and totally delicious cake for his birthday in August 2016. My partner had had quite a tough year and had been quite ill so I wanted to get him an amazing cake - to which Eva produced just that! As he couldn't have gluten or dairy it had to cater for his needs and Eva was brilliant. I presented her with some idea's for a black forest gateau style two tier cake and she surpassed my expectations with the results.
