Great place to work and relax - has been my office away from the office recently. Visiting appointment guests love the location, atmosphere, heritage, ambience and the stunning view over looking the lake. Warm friendly staff on hand for anything and everything one requires for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Fantastically amazing!

What a lovely place. Staff are friendly, funny and helpful. Beautiful setting and food was fantastic! Love the way they celebrate Stuart Sutcliffe too, such an important part of the Beatles story.

Really lovely staff and beautiful hotel however the bed was so hard it gave me pressure pain and had an appalling night's sleep. The noise when the toilet flushed was like a fog horn and we could hear the bathrooms of the other rooms next to us. The walls are super thin so we could also hear snoring in the next room and a couple arguing on the other side. The cost of accommodation in Liverpool seems really extreme. We paid nearly £200 and that was low compared with other hotels. Not sure why as you can get a bigger and modern room for £60 in the centre of London.

You can't open windows in the room, carpet haven't been hoovered for a long time and had stains on it. Dusting haven't been done for ages too. Wardrobes has a funny smell (wouldn't recommend put your clothes in there). You can't eat outside of the hotel as you will be told off even there is a sitting area. They take £25 deposit in case you will damage anything. I have no words about the bed. Also, they didn't made our bed next day or hoovered the carpet! No shower gel in the room or fresh towels! Overall 0 star for this hotel

Perfect wedding day!
We found Sefton Park Hotel as we needed a dog friendly venue and from the very first phone call with Nadia, the whole experience was absolutely brilliant.
Nothing was too much trouble and Nadia made the whole wedding stress free by taking care of virtually everything.
The wedding and the whole day was perfect and everything went smoothly. All of the staff were amazing and our guests commented on how well organised everything was - Nadia had even thought about things we'd not thought about!
The atmosphere in the hotel is lovely, a really friendly and relaxed feeling, and

This is a fantastic little bar that I never knew existed. A lovely outdoor area. A beautiful Beatles themed lounge area. A good few beers and dog friendly. Super friendly staff. Not too far from the over crowded lark lane area. A must if you crave a bit of space and quiet post your Sefton park walk.

I visited here for something to eat with my daughter. The gentleman serving us couldn't have been any nicer, the poor man had his foot in a cast but was still making sure everything was just right for us. The food was lovely and not overpriced at all. The beer garden was so peaceful and just a stones throw from Sefton Park.
