I am a Notary Public and member of the Notaries Society of England and Wales. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan. I lived and worked in Europe and the Middle East before practising as a Solicitor for many years. Since 2005 I have concentrated full-time on providing notarial services and therefore have a wide range of experience in this profession.
My linguistic skills, legal background and international experience have enabled me to develop a very diverse range of individual and commercial clients, both UK and international, dealing with a wide variety of jurisdictions. In addition to providing notarial services, I can arrange for apostille certificates to be obtained from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Consular legalisation for notarised documents.

Services
A couple decide to adopt a child living abroad, for example, from China, India, or Kazakhstan. To do so, they have to provide a number of documents, including home study reports, police checks and medical reports to the courts of the country where the child lives. The courts request that these documents are notarised by a Notary Public.
In order to carry out my function as a Notary Public, I expect you to provide me with clear instructions, to give me full and accurate information to enable me to carry out those instructions, to provide me with the supporting evidence I need to provide my services, including proofs of identity and, where applicable, your authority to sign on behalf of a company or other entity.
These Terms shall constitute a separate agreement or they may be incorporated by reference in the relevant Services agreement, as the case may be. The Notary Business is designated by its Clients, Client Affiliates and Notary Business Affiliates (collectively "Instructing Parties") to provide and manage various services, including the Services on their behalf.
