Our aim at Swain Taekwon-do is to create champions in life, for life by sharing high-quality ITF Taekwon-Do to all. Based at Testwood Sports College, Little PUMAs is a way of teaching 4-7 year olds using martial arts as a training platform. The Little PUMAs syllabus prepares a child mentally as well as physically.
