Spruce was originally set up in 2013 as a progression salon by Elaine Smith a former College tutor in Argyll. It started as a salon for stylists with a passion for barbering and hairdressing to progress and enhance their skills and client base within the Argyll area. We hope that in our five year plan we would progress as a team in education, business
