Ashley Bonwick-Smith, the company's founder cut his teeth in the commercial flooring industry from a young age and has worked within the industry ever since. He gained a significant amount of experience during the earlier years of the business, working on some high profile jobs for large companies such as Virgin, Sony Ericsson, Natwest and the MOD.
