We specialise in the rebuild and renovation of pre reinforced concrete houses, known as PRC houses or prefabs. These houses were built after the second world war for quick and inexpensive housing. Due to how PRC concrete houses were constructed they were classed as defective under the 1985 housing act which made this type of house construction unmortgageable
