Owner and Managing Director, Richard Hart is a real local having grown up in the Ruislip area. London and Home Counties Plumbing and Heating Ltd was established in 1989 by Richard and his business partner Steve Curtis and Steve's wife Linda. Sadly, both Linda and Steve passed away in 2013, leaving Richard as sole Director.
