The Practice was originally set up by John and his Wife Linda in 1972 following a suggestion by the Senior Partner of F. R. Bates, Son & Price for whom they both worked at the time. The purpose in essence was to act as the small works section of the main Practice.
Over the subsequent years the Practice expanded and was joined in 1988 by Mr. I. T. Fitzherbert
