Sweet Celebrations is a family run balloon and party shop run in the heart of Banbury's old town by Jane and Kenny; a husband and wife team. We first opened in 1996 selling balloons, party decorations and even sweets - which is where the name 'Sweet Celebrations' came from! We soon became experts in the trade and widened our product range.
